A Message From Management (Dima)

Daddy Dima's Day Care was founded on one deeply confusing idea: that a man with no children of his own, no relevant experience, and a documented flinch reflex around anyone under four feet tall should open a daycare. We are still workshopping why. We are not licensed by any actual authority — mostly because we haven't finished the paperwork — but we are licensed in vibes, snacks, and the fine art of finding the other shoe. Drop off your gremlin, pick up a slightly louder gremlin. That's the Dima guarantee, offered somewhat against his will.

Meet Daddy Dima

(He would like it on the record that this was not his idea.)

Actual photo of Daddy Dima's head, provided against his own better judgment

Dima has zero children, a professional background in absolutely nothing childcare-related, and a well-documented aversion to the concept of children in general. Nobody is entirely sure how he ended up running a daycare. Leading theories include a lost bet, a misread listing, and plain stubbornness. He tolerates naptime because it is the only time the building is quiet. Certifications include Infant CPR (real, legally mandatory), Olympic-level Feigned Enthusiasm, and a black belt in stepping on Lego bricks without making a sound, which he attributes entirely to spite.

Before this, Dima worked in logistics, a job he still describes as "more emotionally regulated." He does not attend birthday parties, sing along to any song with hand motions, or make prolonged eye contact with anyone under four feet tall. His one known soft spot is graham crackers, which he eats alone, in the supply closet, between naps, and will deny under oath.
